Principled by Professional Ethics, Prof. K.N.Ganesh Babu is backed by a sound exposure to the field of Architecture with an excellent combination of Practice and Academics. He started his career reaping the rich experiences of Ms.Thomas Associates, one of the leading Architectural firms in Bangalore. In a short period, he started his own practice bringing to reality the dreams of hundreds of his clients. During this period he also trained dozens of young architects in their internship program.
Not stopping there with his knowledge sharing habits, he stepped into academics to quench the thirst of the younger generation. Graduating with distinction his Masters in Landscape Architecture, he worked in some of the leading Institutions in Bangalore. He believes in learning beyond the limits and for this purpose he has conducted several education trips within India and abroad. He has organized workshops and conferences as a platform for information exchange.
His desire to mould the Students of Architecture in the right way, for them to face the challenges of the future and the Vision of The Aditya Foundation have taken a common platform to build the Aditya Academy of Architecture and Design. I Arunachal Hombali graduated from SPA, New Delhi with Masters Degree in Urban Planning. Having been born and brought up in the family of architects, I have worked as Asst. professor in M.S Ramaiah Institute of technology 7 year. During this period I handled Urban Planning, Architecture Design, Building Construction etc. I have also worked as senior architect in C.E.S New Delhi, graduation of Dr.SPM Swimming pool complex and various Transport planning projects.
I was also a part of Various project as the design head, BMTC Infrastructure project. I have been for paper presented in Mysore, Srilanka, Malaysia and also attended seminars , workshops and conferences.
My vision is to reach a new scale of heights in Teaching Profession by practical and innovative teaching methods to reach Acme point of success

I’m a practicing architect with qualifications in Bachelor of Architecture from Bangalore University, with a teaching experience of over 27 years in MSRIT and UVCE as visiting professor. I have also worked on interesting projects like Acoustically Designed School with fan Shaped class rooms, ‘See and be seen’ concept for School designed at Channapatna and hexagonal class room for acoustic purpose.
I have given TV shows to popularize Eco-friendly architecture and written more than three hundred articles that have been published in various magazines and newspaper.

After graduating B.Arch in 2008, he started working in a renowned firm in Bangalore where he had the opportunity to work on housing, hospitals& hotel projects – notably ‘Vedanta township and Hospital’ project designed by internationally acclaimed Architecture firm Pekins&Wills.
He did his Post-Graduationin Building Engineering and Management from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. For ensuing years, he was involved in mixed use development project which comprises ‘Four Seasons’ five star hotel designed by Canada’s YabuPushelberg. He has worked with various international consultants, exposed to advanced construction techniques, value engineering and site management.
He is an Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) who has complete understanding of Green building practices and certification process. He also has impeccable academic credentials. He was awarded silver medal for academic excellence. He has graduated with distinction in UG& PG. Has won 2nd Prize in International Green Building Design Competition in 2011 conducted by Fensterbau Frontale, New Delhi.

She is an Assistant professor at AAAD since 2021. She has completed her Bachelor’s in Architecture from UVCE (University Visveswaraya College of Architecture), Bangalore and Masters in Urban Design from R.V. College of Architecture, Bangalore.
From – hands on experience in large scale urban intervention projects, To – having a strong inclination towards nature and conservation, has made her orient her career interest towards – “Innovative design developments and Sustainable strategies for Peri urban – Rurban hinterlands at the fringe of exploitation.” Prior getting actively involved in Urban Issues and concerns of the city, she has worked on High rise Apartments, Mixed use developments, Smart city proposals, Transit hubs and several Commercial and Institutional buildings. She is a sports enthusiast, amateur bird watcher, and has fascination towards modern abstract art and performing arts.

I did my B.Arch from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum. Soon after graduation in the year 2014, and my internship at CADENCE ARCHITECTS, Bangalore. I went on to work in SPATIUM ARCHITECTS, NOIDA for a period of 1.5yrs which led me to gain practical experience in Group housing, Recreational and commercial projects.
Further I joined School of Architecture, MSRIT, worked as Assistant Professor for 2years 6months.
Then I went on to pursue my Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, University of Mysore in 2020.
I believe in active learning process, spatial planning. I believe I’ll do my best to make budding architects enjoy the process.

Graduated my masters in landscape architecture from MGR University Chennai. My previous work experience in a design firm and during my internship has honed my creativity, design, and teamwork skills. Architecture has always fascinated me. The desire in exploring how science and technology can be used to improve the performance of both building and the environment, architecture has brought out the dichotomy of my personality, allowing me to engage both creatively and scientifically with the aesthetic and functional aspects of design. be of the opinion that person who is even in the slightest touch with architecture knows that this profession’s field is incredibly broad. And when something is that complex, it must be important. The complexity of the profession anticipates the scholar to understand the all aspects of the discipline from the foundation. Being highly thoughtful of environment my intention is to escort designs that supports the mother nature. I am an architect accompanied by higher caliber who set a goal to enhance my skills to be a good mentor.

Later on I developed passion towards Teaching and researching. I have great understanding towards cities and my thesis – “unlocking the Potential of the Spaces Through Pedestrian Friendly streets in Bangalore “. Shrabana Das is an Architect-Planner. She completed her graduation in Architecture from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. After this, she worked in Kolkata on a large array of projects, ranging from residential, commercial to institutional, gaining insight and exposure on design, planning and execution.
She completed her post graduation from the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal during which she pursued independent research in the fields of architecture, governance and legislation. Her paper on ‘Necessity of Land Use Regulations and Goverance for human safety – Case Study of the Bhopal Gas Tragedy, 1984’ was presented at the National law School of India University, Bangalore. She has worked in the field of social development.

I Prof.Leelavathi K S holds M E Degree in Structural Engineering from BVB College of Eng. Hubli, and B E from Premcor Institute UVCE Bengaluru. I’m passionate about teaching and has 24years of teaching experience at various colleges at Bengaluru and Mandya. Also has 3 1/2 years of Industrial experience. I have also served as HOD for 2 years at Atria Institute of Tech Bengaluru.
I have thought most of the structural engineering subjects from analysis to design for UG and M Tech students. Guided many projects at various levels also co-guided project work dare by PG students at (CSER) Centre for Structural Eng and Research Chennai. Published papers in 2 National journals.
With in-depth knowledge of the subject and vast experience in teaching and my ability to see things from the point of view of students has helped me to discharge my knowledge effectively to the Architecture students. I am also instrumental in motivating the Architecture students to understand, appreciate and enjoy structural Engineering subject. In 2003 to 2006 I co founded a firm of Architects & Interior Designers, in Hubli with my partner.2007 to 2009 I was Senior Architect  for Process Architects & Sobha Devlopers in Bangalore.2009 to till date working as Freelance Architect.
I have 16 years of experience in Architectural & Interior Designing. I have provided wide variety of tasteful Architectural design & detailing service to residences,villas,residential apartments,factories & commercial projects.And also handled many interior design projects of residences and office projects.I have the experience  of handling the clients independently and able to work independently or as part of team.

After graduating B.Arch in 2015 from School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada with 6 months experience in internship, I felt ready to go into the industry and explore the different opportunities present. Thus, I worked as an Architect for 1 year, which enabled me to take projects of various typologies – Residential, Commercial, Mixed use and of various scales – individual villas to gated communities. It also gave me the opportunity to handle projects from the drawing board to construction. Exploring the field for a year also made me want to pursue Master. I went to pursue M.Arch. – Sustainable Architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada. During the course of the two years of masters, I developed an interest in teaching and research. Explored the aspect of daylighting for my thesis – “Sustainable Strategies for institutional Buildings in Warm and Humid Climate of Vijayawada: Design Considerations for Daylighting”. I have also been involved in the field working on various projects over the course of the two years. One of passion is to guide the next generation into the field of architecture and to make them into architects who are conscious of the site context and the impact of their design on the surroundings.
