Amongst other things, the tourism driven town of Puducherry is also famous for the colonial French and Franco-Tamil architecture of some its buildings. Mahabalipuram is an ancient historic town and was a bustling seaport during the time of Periplus. A three day educational tour was organized to Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram.Documentation and study was on streets of French colony in Puducherry and monolithical architecture in mahabalipuram. It was organized for I semester students
